ABOUT Topclass Takewondo ACADEMY IN USA?
Topclass Taekwondo was founded in 2010 in Korea by Grand master Yoonchul Oh, a respected figure in the martial arts world who has since trained over 3,000 students. Now, he brings his legacy to the United States with the grand opening of the U.S. headquarters in Dacula, Georgia. Bridging Korea and the U.S., Topclass Taekwondo is more than just a martial arts school—it’s a global cultural exchange and an educational powerhouse.
We are committed to guiding our students and their families toward strong physical health, mental discipline, and personal growth through the values and discipline of traditional Taekwondo.

We are proud to be an official Certifying Organization for the President’s Volunteer Service Award (PVSA). This prestigious national honor recognizes individuals who make a difference in their communities through dedicated volunteer service.

Receiving presidential recognition sets you apart. It's more than an award — it's a symbol of your commitment to helping others. Even if you're not seeking recognition, your service can inspire others to take action and make a positive impact.
What Is the PVSA?
The President's Volunteer Service Award honors United States citizens and lawful permanent residents who meet the required hours of volunteer service within a 12-month period — or throughout their lifetime.
Who Can Receive the Award?
U.S. citizens or lawful permanent residents Individuals, families, or groups Volunteers working with an approved Certifying Organization (like our Taekwondo school).
Eligibility Requirements
Volunteer hours must be completed within a 12-month period or accumulated over a lifetime Only unpaid volunteer service counts (donations or court-ordered service do not qualify) Service must be with a U.S.-based legal organization.
Award Levels
PVSA awards are granted based on the number of service hours completed: Bronze, Silver, and Gold levels for annual service milestones Lifetime Achievement Award for those who contribute over 4,000 volunteer hours in their lifetime.
